Shipping + Returns
We have many finished pieces and/or components in house, so if a piece is not listed as in stock, it could be ready to ship in as little as 1-2 weeks. Rush requests are possible, so please email us with your date, and we will let you know if we can accommodate.
We ship to street addresses only, and a signature is required. Packages ship via USPS unless faster shipping is requested. For international orders, we ship through FedEx International Priority and insure the package. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before ordering. You are responsible for any customers fees, duties, or taxes for the import.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We accept returns or exchanges for up to 7 days after items are received. Sale items, resized rings, and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please email email@example.com for a return authorization number. If you do not obtain an RA#, your package will not be accepted. Jewelry must be returned unused and in original condition. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you are shipping an item over $75 , you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Upon receipt of your return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
We check all of our jewelry for defects and damage prior to shipment, but it is the buyer’s responsibility to check the product immediately upon arrival to confirm it is free if any defects. Damaged goods due to buyer’s negligence will not be refunded.
